Resident Manager, Kunawai Terrace (Liliha, Oahu)
Kunawai Terrace is seeking an experienced condominium resident manager for a 96 unit mid- rise condominium in Liliha.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Kunawai Terrace AOAO board of directors.
The ideal candidate will have initiative and proactively find solutions to issues facing Kunawai Terrace and its residents and owners, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills, be flexible, have a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with property owners, residents, tenants, vendors, neighbors, the property manager and the board of directors.
Duties include but are not limited to managing preventive maintenance repairs for the condominium’s common areas (building, garage, HVAC, grounds, pool, recreation area, koi ponds), regular interaction with the residents and owners to proactively address their concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism, providing oversight over the condominium’s security systems, and proactively identifying opportunities and providing recommendations to the board of directors on projects to reduce operating expenses while maintaining the value of the property.
Requirements:
- Prior condominium residential manager experience required
- Experience with managing condominium repair and maintenance vendors
- Experience with managing a condominium repair and maintenance budget
- Strong oral and written communication skills Compensation:
- Salary
- Use of Resident Manager’s 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath office & condominium unit (includes rent, maintenance fee, electricity, water, CATV, landline phone, internet, email and 1 covered reserved parking stall)
