Bambino's Hawaii is opening its first Pasta bar location in Honolulu, Hawaii.
We are looking for someone energetic and charismatic who will help us navigate through opening our first restaurant.
There are lot of challenges but also an insane amount of opportunity.
We are shooting for the starts and we need help.
This is not just a restaurant.

*Responsibilities*
* Communicate with contractors and City&County reps.
* Help with the hiring process.
* Research, study, brainstorm, experiment, be creative.
* Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones, completing financial transactions, stock work, cleanup and documentation
* The hours and schedule for this position will vary by the week depending on business needs, especially during opening month.

* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
* Thrived in a fast-paced environment, while keeping the restaurant safe and happy
* The ability to work a flexible schedule
* 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred)
* Being willing to take over others' roles, as we all navigate through the initial months of the restaurant opening.
