Job Title: Seasonal Key Holder Manager
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Manage and supervise retail staff, including training and development
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Assist with cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales goals and strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus
