Position Overview:
Unitek Contracting Group, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the organization as the Vice President of Administrative Services.
The position will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
The Vice President of Administrative Services will provide strategic direction, manage resources, and drive efficiency across various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement strategic plans for administrative services aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with executive team members to contribute to overall organizational strategy and decision-making.
Administrative Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of various administrative departments, including but not limited to HR, payroll, safety, facilities, and IT.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline processes and workflows.
Budgeting and Financial Management
Manage the budgeting process for administrative functions, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Monitor expenditures, analyze financial reports, and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
Human Resources Management
Lead the HR department in developing and implementing strategies for recruitment, talent management, employee development, and
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain a positive work culture.
Facilitate employee relations with effective and efficient approaches to conflict management, team-building, and labor negotiations.
Facilities and IT Management
Oversee the management of facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with IT resources to ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is secure, up-to-date, and aligned with business
Vendor and Contract Management
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various administrative services, ensuring favorable terms and cost-effectiveness.
Safety, Risk Management, and Compliance
Organize and manage safety personnel to ensure compliance with all health and safety laws and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and make necessary adjustments to organizational practices.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (10+ years) in progressively responsible leadership roles within administrative services.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making
Excellent interpersonal and communication
Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
In-depth or growing knowledge of HR practices, IT systems, and facilities
Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven
