Landscape Maintenance Manager
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Personal alignment with our Core Values and Mission demonstrated by action.
* Lead, manage and hold accountable, all members of the Maintenance department.
* Oversee daily operations of Maintenance department, address issues and create solutions.
* Provide clear and direct orders to all department personnel
* Develop and refine operational procedures or rules as needed
* Train department members on all procedures, safety, and expectations.
* Manage the Reoccurring Maintenance, Irrigation Service Call, Enhancement and Make up Scheduling directly or through delegation and supervision.
* Review personnel performance and provide consistent feedback and coaching.
* Provide disciplinary talks, write ups, suspensions and terminations as needed.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person as needed
* Conduct in person quality control visits with our high priority accounts
* Manage the completion of Enhancement Projects and Irrigation Service Calls from scheduling to billing.
* Develop and track all KPI’s for your department.
* Ensure your department has the right people in the right positions.
* Ensure your department has the right number of employees.
* Ensure the Maintenance Schedule is as efficient as possible.
* Update the personnel white board to illustrate the placement of crew members and absenteeism daily.
* Facilitate morning Foreman meeting directly or through subordinates
* Participate in Lv.
10 Meetings, bring up issues, solve issues, complete To-Dos and Rocks.
* Ensure Hydro sprig Maintenance is completed effectively.
* Perform other assigned duties as required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
* Proficient in all Landscape Maintenance areas such as operating equipment, driving with trailers, mechanical understanding of sprinkler equipment, Chemical Use and more.
* Provide excellent leadership work and direction to others.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Plant identification and horticulture knowledge.
* 1-2 years of experience in caring for and maintaining landscaped grounds.
* 1 year of experience in irrigation system maintenance, repair, or modification.
* Professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and takes pride in work.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours at a steady pace.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.
