FOH Supervisor

Hughley's Southern Cuisine (99-080 Kauhale St.
Aiea, HI 96701) is looking for one front of house supervisor to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities *Keep all restaurant inventory stocked *Work closely with kitchen manager and food truck manager to complete day-to-day tasks *Promote customer satisfaction while performing duties *Proactively assist fellow staff members and encourage team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met daily *Filling in for absent employees when necessary Qualifications *Excellent problem solving skills *Quality verbal and written communication skills *Ability to give quality feedback and implement feedback received *Ability to take initiative *Maintaining uplifting atmosphere for staff and customers *Previous experience in a management role We are looking forward to reading your application.
