Bowling Center Shift Manager

Job Summary Are you the ‘mom’ or ‘dad’ of your friend group? Does leadership come naturally to you? Do you love working as a team and teaching others? Then the role of Bowling Center Shift Manager may be for you! Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Operations Manager and Reservations Manager to ensure daily success.
Hire and train employees in multiple areas including guest services, safety, organization, and more! Comfortable with delegating tasks as necessary.
Able to be the Team Leader that people look to for guidance, feedback, and constructive criticism.
Able to keep track of a multitude of responsibilities and schedules.
Can keep a cool head in busy or stressful situations.
Complies with all safety and health standards (and holds team members accountable!).
Personal Skills Strong delegation and time-management skills Presents a good role model for others Passionate about teamwork and fostering a positive work environment Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and good leadership skills Requirements High School Diploma or GED Customer service, cashiering, or supervising experience is strongly preferred.
