Job Purpose:
Check Defense is a fast-growing federal contractor seeking a qualified and experienced professional Task Order Lead to support the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
The Task Order Lead will manage the overall performance of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) Strategic Planning Capability and Support Services and contract personnel.
The Task Order Lead will serve as the single point of contact to the government and will work with the On-Site Contracting Officer Representative (OSCOR) in support of the management and program level for contract communications.
Duties and responsibilities:
Analyze, organize, and present research and technical knowledge from large data sources using the suite of Microsoft Office products.
Utilize knowledge of US Table Distribution and Allowances (TDA) for developing a Concept Plan for submission to HQDA.
Utilize practical experience working with the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) and Pacific scenarios, scenario build, strategic planning, and exercise execution.
Lead and manage task orders related to strategic planning, coordinating with teams, the government, and partners to achieve objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of training exercises and missions.
Provide critical analysis and recommendations for improved strategic planning and execution.
Manage the allocation of resources and budgets for task orders.
Required Qualifications:
United States citizen.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Pass a background investigation.
Bachelor’s degree in leadership and management, business management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of ten (10) years of Joint, Headquarters Department Army (HQDA), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), Army Command (ACOM) level in Home-station Training (HsT) and/or Combat Training Center (CTC) Training Operations, Joint/Bi-Lateral and Multinational Exercises, Concept Plan development, and Organizational Analysis.
Knowledge of and experience working the Operational and Organization (O&O) Plan, Joint National Training Capability (JNTC), and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) Working Group.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate task orders effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
