BENEFIT OPERATIONS MANAGER ProService Hawaii is seeking a visionary Manager of Benefit Operations to enhance our department's effectiveness.
Your mission involves developing processes, ensuring seamless healthcare migrations, delivering precise benefit reporting, mitigating premium losses, and maintaining compliance.
Drive continuous improvement, leverage data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally for excellence in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM 5+ years benefits experience Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of healthcare, supplemental, retirement, and flex law, regulation, compliance and administration A passion and talent for developing and improving benefit processes Strong attention to detail and experience providing quality outcomes for our internal and external clients Technical aptitude and ability to learn multiple applications and HRMS, and extract data effectively from them Be able to independently research, thoroughly comprehend, and effectively communicate complicated tax and compliance issues Proven capability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments to effectively achieve excellent outcomes for our company and our clients Possess good judgment and the confidence to make sound decisions in the best interests of ProService, its clients, and its staff WHY YOU'LL LOVE PROSERVICE Our PROhana.
