To continuously look for ways to achieve, maintain and improve service to guests; to ensure food handling in a clean and safe environment; and to produce quality products.
To help to develop talent, build effective teams, and to train team members to achieve their maximum potential.
To gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty; to be open to resolve issues and feedback with integrity and authenticity.
To ensure positive ROI, monitor expenses and resource allocation To manage inventory, reviewing monthly inventory levels and ensuring the levels meet our company month supply levels.
