Duties and Responsibilities:
Training, scheduling, and directing janitorial staff
Bi-weekly payroll
Work orders
Monthly safety training
Accident reporting
Inventory of supplies and equipment
Disciplinary documented discussions and re-training
Power washing/machine scrubbing
General cleaning
Report photos and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
Supervisory experience of 2-5 years
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
Ability to pass criminal background check
Flexible and adapt well to change
Team Player

Honest and trustworthy, able to work both independently and in a team
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
Dependable, always punctual for shifts
