Responsibilities:
* Fill in on shift per operation needs
* Ensuring food goes out in timely manner
* Scheduling
* Training of staff
* Performance reviews
* Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and customer preferences
* Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new dishes and menus
* Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
* Recording keeping with regards to food saftey logs, time as control logs, cooler logs.

* Oversight of proper storage rotation of product
* Full understanding of each station in kitchen with ability to command and place staff for most effective operations
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
* Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Creativity and ability to develop new recipes and menus
* Strong problem solving ability with labor shortages, equipment issues, vendor issues.
