I am willing to start at $20 per hour pay up to $25 an hour, depending on the skills and expertise that the successful candidate brings to the role.
I am particularly interested in students or those who are new to the area and looking to get their foot in the door.
The successful candidate will need to be versatile, reliable, and willing to take on a range of tasks, from small handyman work to administration, computer skills, dog walking, running errands, and more.
The key focus initially will be getting my rental properties and gym facilities rented out, which will require responding to emails, cleaning gym facilities, organizing appointments, and creating advertisements for rental properties.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and be proficient in computer skills, writing for patents, and finding individuals who could potentially patent.
Additionally, being able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to success.
