Leads the development and execution of effective, proactive, targeted talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs primarily domestic.
Assess external staffing market conditions and identify appropriate recruitment channels and provide reporting metrics related to recruiting.
Designs processes, protocols, programs and initiatives that effectively source viable candidates, recruit, and interview, evaluate, and recommend placement of qualified applicants at all levels, keeping in compliance with all federal/state/country laws and regulations and Outrigger hiring standards.
Responsible for annual AAP/EEO filings to ensure company compliance.
Serves as an SME for the HCM module in Workday; responsible for maintaining and leading the process for system improvements
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of HR experience in talent acquisition is required.
Proficiency with job boards such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed preferred.
Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Compensation& Benefits:
$61,000-67,100, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
