These services require performance by one contractor personnel at approximately 184 hours
per year.
The Contractor shall provide Music Services for a weekly Protestant Worship
Service and special events in support of the Chapel.
This includes the following weekly tasks:
attend rehearsals as needed and attend one 60-minute worship service on Sundays at 11:00 AM per week.
Contractor should be able to perform when requested at Nelles chapel traditional service at 0845.
Contractor shall arrive at least 15 minutes before worship services to check that potential issues are properly addressed.
provide continued recruitment, development and direction for a volunteer adult choir and/or praise band of instrumentalists and singers for the Protestant Worship Service.
schedule with the Protestant Worship service chaplains for appropriate music themes complementing the weekly sermon or the chapel/holiday calendar.
The Contractor shall provide additional music services support for two 60-minute seasonal worship services to include Christmas Eve and Easter Sunrise.
When using music and music lyrics, you'll need to comply with copyright license reporting and copyright license identification procedures.
Qualifications:
have at least two years of experience or demonstrated capability in planning and providing worship music programs.
possess familiarity with both traditional and contemporary styles of worship.
Utilization of guitar is a necessity.
