Restaurant General Manager

Aoki Group is now accepting applicants for the role of General Manager at one of their nine restaurants on Oahu! Pay will be based on experience.
General Managers are expected to fulfill these responsibilities: * Effectively manage and motivate a team of 20-60 employees * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Profit and loss calculations * Experience with ordering through vendors * Administrative work * Scheduling for BOH & FOH * Hiring and firing * Filling in for any position needed Managers are expected to do more than this, but these are the main points.
