The Operations Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day activities within the organization.
This role involves team leadership, process management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
The Operations Lead monitors performance, addresses challenges, and ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Effective communication, data analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement are integral to the role.
By fostering a positive work environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Operations Lead contributes to the organization's overall success.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Specific tasks for the Operations Lead include but are not limited to the following:
* Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with the client on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership.
* Implement strategic initiatives to correct business related deficiencies through continuous improvement methodologies.
* Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
* Participate in the development and administration of project goals, objectives, and procedures.
* Selects, trains, motivates, and evaluates assigned personnel; provides or coordinates staff training; works with employees to correct deficiencies; implements discipline and termination procedures.
* Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned staff; assigns work activities, projects, and programs; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
* Adheres to the established company safety and personnel policies and standard procedures.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Education/Experience:*
* US Citizen
* High School Diploma Required.

A.
Degree or above Preferred.
* 4 years of Federal Contracting Experience Required.
* 3 years of Project Operations Experience Required.
* USACE Experience.
*Skills and Abilities:*
* Strong verbal/written communication abilities.
* Effective communication skills to convey information clearly within the team and with other departments.
* Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
* Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking – solutions oriented.
* Interact with senior government representatives.
* Ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
* Capability to contribute to strategic planning and align operational activities with organizational goals.
* Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Skill in identifying potential risks to operations and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.
00 - $180,000.
