Integrated MCS Trainer-Lead

Our work depends on Training Specialist Advisor joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific.
HOW AN INTEGRATED MCS TRAINER-LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training
Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.
) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training
Update Programs of Instruction
Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs
Provide work leadership for lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs
Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors
Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BS/BA or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all Command and Control Information Systems specifically AFATDS, TAIS, and AMDWS functional operations
Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance
Required Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills / Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs / Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
Location: On Customer Site / some travel required to other customer sites in the AoR
