```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Therapist to join our team.
As a Family Therapist, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to provide therapeutic interventions and support.
Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

```Duties```
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Assess clients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral and emotional issues
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or high-stress situations
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Offer addiction counseling for individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to address specific issues or promote skill-building
```Qualifications```
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid license or certification as a Family Therapist or equivalent
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as psychotherapy and behavioral therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
