Job Summary:
The Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is hiring for full-time Nursing Assistants (NA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our Liliha and Kaneohe facilities.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate healthcare professional who will collectively provide excellent client care.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive competitive wages of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly.
Other benefits may include vacation and sick days, 401K, medical and dental benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet each Senior’s physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs.
- Provide support for daily activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral hygiene, etc.
- Observe daily behavior of client and accurately record observations in client’s medical records.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nutritionists, and pharmacists, to ensure the highest quality of care and support is provided to clients.
- Assist with the administration of medication to seniors as ordered by the physician.
- Participate on interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have relevant certification from the State of Hawaii (CNA Certification preferred).
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families (verbal and written).
- The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- CPR certification or the ability to acquire it within one week of hire.
