*Responsibilities:* *As a Receptionist:* * Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and coordinate patient flow.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
* Assist in insurance verification and billing processes.
* Provide clear and helpful information to patients in English and Korean.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
*As a Medical Technician:* * Assist medical professionals in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures.
* Perform phlebotomy, collect specimens, and prepare them for testing.
* Operate and maintain medical equipment and devices.
* Ensure a sterile and organized environment in examination and treatment rooms.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient patient care.
* Provide patient education and instructions as directed by medical staff.
*Requirements:* *For the Receptionist role:* * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
* Fluent in both English and Korean, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*For the Medical Technician role:* * Certification as a Medical Technician or relevant training.
* Hands-on experience in conducting medical tests and procedures.
* Knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance.
* Fluent in both English and Korean, with strong communication skills.
