Office Assistant Duties: - Perform general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to company's emails, and managing correspondence - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees - Maintain business and office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Organize and schedule telephone/zoom/in-person appointments, and meetings - Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing, handling and filing confidential client information - Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and other documents - Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed - Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization -Assist Management when given delegated tasks ex: calling for coverage, following up with current/potential clients, students and employees Skills: - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred but not necessary - Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not necessary - Knowledge of medical and nurse assistant care is a plus but not necessary - Ability to work and be productive independently with little to no supervision - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.
