*The Position:*
We're looking for a passionate Clinical Manager for our Home Health team.
Ohana Pacific Health Clinical Managers provide supervision of home health services to patients.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for:
* Supervision of skilled nursing and other therapeutic services provided.
* Available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate)
* Participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.
*Requirements:*
* Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
* Current BLS Certification.
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred
* Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
* Five (5) years nursing experience, including two (2) years in Medicare certified home health.
* Certification in OASIS and/or Home Health Case Management is desirable.
