*Position Description: Administrative Office Assistant*

We have been in business in Honolulu since 1994 Our Office Assistant is a Part-Time position (20-25 Hours Weekly) Perfect for a professional individual that may have children in school, that would like to take them to school and pick them after school.
Basically, working during school hours.
The ideal candidate are individuals that have prior general administrative office working experience.
Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, follow procedures, ask questions when needed and work closely with all company departments, including working directly with company ownership.
Looking for someone with an upbeat, can do positive attitude, when working with our customers and our team.
We are willing to train the right person for our business.
Work hours are from 9:00am to 2:00pm – Monday to Friday.
No night or weekend work.
May consider possible adjusted hours.
Full-time position may also be offered to the right individual.

*Daily Job Details & Work Responsibilities:* \* Must be able to help ownership/management in all administrative office duties as needed.
Work closely with our service team assist with organization.
\* Experience in working with accounts receivables and assist in managing and follow up of customer past due accounts.
\* Assist with daily invoicing of customer job tickets and work orders.
With about 75% being communicated via email communication by service team and the other 25% via paper transactions.
Must be organized and handle multiple emails.
\* Assist with daily bank deposits, some light cash and complete daily reports.
\* Assist with handling all credit card transactions & payments - via email, on phone or in person \* Assist with management of all service contract accounts as needed \* Have some work experience working with Sage or QuickBooks accounting software \* Sort, Scan and File Documents \* Must be able to manage a daily company calendar \* Must be able to handle incoming telephone calls, with a strong positive attitude.
\* Must be Customer Service Oriented - we love those that have great warm personalities *Requirements* \* High School Diploma, GED & Business School Graduate is welcome to apply \* Must have at least minimum 1-2 years office, administrative or related work experience \* Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written \* Must be able to meet deadlines! \* Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task on its own \* Must be able to work independently with a high sense of urgency \* Absolute Team Player everyday \* Must be able to work with Microsoft Word & Excel to help create reports & spreadsheets for management team.
Be able to create simple marketing ads on a PC.
\* Must have reliable transportation and have a valid Driver’s License or Identification.
