Mammography Technologist

Title of Position Mammography Technologist Work Hours Regular Full-Time (Req# 2023-388) 8-hour day shifts; 40 hours per week.
Occasional overtime may be required.
Subsidiary Kuakini Medical Center Description of Position Obtains quality mammography and general radiographic images to provide information to Radiologist for accurate medical diagnosis, with primary goal to provide optimal patient care.
Provides technical assistance to Radiologist/physician.
Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program required.
National Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) license required.
Mammography certification eligible.
Previous experience in mammography desired; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Level A required, with retraining once every two years.
