We are seeking high energy, creative culinary professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional experiences to all guests.
Line Cooks must be able to abide by company policies, house rules and guiding principles.
Their responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* preparing menu items from prepped ingredients
* consistent execution of standardized recipes
* maintaining product quality standards
* observe and enforce company standard operating procedures
* ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
* supporting prep duties as necessary
* providing excellent customer service
Line Cooks must have knowledge of cooking techniques & procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems.
Line Cooks must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
Line Cooks must also maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission.
