We are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for customer and insurance companies
* Inspect damaged vechicle thoroughly to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage
* Prepare honest, accurate and complete damage estimates
* Must be able to build working relationships with customers, insurance companies and technicians
* Monitor repair orders and track costs, labor and materials
* Frequent written and verbal communication
* Ensure that all work meets quality standards
* Ability to use phone system and applicable software
QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior body shop estimating experience (at least 2 years; prefer 5)
* Must have excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and follow up skills
* Valid Driver’s license with clean driving abstract
* ASE and/or I-car certification (preferred)
