Dental Assistant - Pediatric Dentistry

Our Pediatric dental practice is looking to hire a full time dental or orthodontic assistant.
Experience is preferred, but not required.
The main quality we are looking for is an employee who works hard, works well with others and cares about making children comfortable.
Unlike other offices where 1 assistant will see a full schedule of patients, we have 2 assistants so each assistant will see half of the patients on the Dentist's schedule.
Our office operates 4 days a week and alternates working half-day Saturdays.
Working 4 days out of the week provides a lot of flexibility to our lives however, working an extra day is an option.
Office hours are 7:30-5pm on weekdays and 7am- 1:30pm on Saturdays.
Pay will be based on experience, growth potential and dedication to our practice.
What sets our practice a part from other offices is the work-life balance that is needed for our health and wellness in today's world.
We close our office between Christmas and New years for family time and support employees with their family/children's school events.
