*LPN - LTC needs in Kealakekua, HI* *Hourly pay : *49/hr.
All-Inclusive $1960 weekly gross.
*Taxable :* $21.
52/hr.
& $861/week *Nontaxable (Stipend) :* $27.
48/hr.
& $1099/Week OT rate is 1.
5 times the W2 rate.
OT Starts after 40 hours a week.
Contract length: 13 weeks Guaranteed hours per week: 40 *Shift : Variable ( Days, Evenings, Nights )* *Requirements :* 1) Two years experience required.
2) Must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
BLS required.
