Future Operations Specialist
The Opportunity:

As a Future Operations Specialist, you’ll support Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) operations bringing in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of logistics missions, processes, and culture.
You’ll apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge.
You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems, work without considerable direction, and work with other team members.
On the team, you’ll manage G35 planning initiatives at the TSC level and work towards synchronizing planning efforts across the TSC, Army Staff, Joint Staff, and operational units.
You’ll coordinate and synchronize within the organization, draft internal and external taskings, write operation orders, and other relative activities as required.

You Have: 5+ years of experience serving as an Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, or Senior Non-commissioned Officer at the Brigade level Experience with implementing logistics policy and procedures compliant with higher headquarters and service guidance Experience working in the Support Operations Branch or S3 at the Brigade level Experience with developing sustainment plans Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Ability to communicate and present to general officer staff Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP) Knowledge of theater and advanced joint planning to shape and deliver desired plans Knowledge of INDOPACOM policy and strategy and USINDOPACOM TCP, TCO, GCPs, CT EXORD, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests Top Secret clearance Master’s degree Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Battle Staff Course Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.
00 to $193,000.
