Treatment plan and Insurance Coordinator: 1.
Develop treatment plan on Patient Management program (Dentrix Ascend) and discuss to the patient their insurance benefits and their upfront costs.
2.
Submit accurate insurance claims in a timely manner 3.
Post insurance payments to Patient management computer when insurance checks received.
