The Pharmacy department is responsible for compounding and dispensing pharmaceuticals, supplies, medications and large-to-small volume parenterals, as well as providing drug information and education.

As the Pharmacy Buyer, you will help to ensure that the Pharmacy department at our hospitals and clinics provides outstanding pharmaceutical knowledge and services to our patients and their families.
You will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining adequate inventory levels to ensure medication and supply availability; and coordinating annual physical inventory, minimum stock levels and proper assignment of cost accounting codes.

One (1) year pharmacy purchasing or three (3) years pharmacy technician experience in a health care setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
Inventory management experience.
