Job Title : LPN (13 weeks ) Locations : Honolulu, HI 96817 Facility Name : Kuakini Health System Shift : 2/8 + 2/12 = 40 hours / rotating shifts/ consecutive weekends as needed (40 hrs) Requirements : COVID card, BLS and LPN HI liecnse Experience : 2 years of LPN *Responsibilities:-* Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
* Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
* Administering medication.
* Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members.
* Maintaining accurate patient records.
Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.
