MHP will follow a evidence-based model that will help develop and build skills to help the child and family function autonomously and successfully.
Job Type: Part-time Location: All Islands (Statewide) RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize person-centered approach to create, implement, and oversee youth's therapeutic treatment plan.
Work with families and youth regarding issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, oppositional defiance, family dysfunction, or any other mental health issues that might be affecting the youth's ability to function successfully in the home, school, and/or community settings.
Document therapeutic services provided to youth and family in a timely manner utilizing an electronic health record system.
Utilize online programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Teams for daily communications.
Manage your own caseload size and services needed for each youth.
Collaborate with a treatment team to ensure best practice and continuity of care.
