Task Order Lead for JPMRC (Ft. Shafter, HI)

Job Title: Task Order Lead for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) Strategic Planning Capability and Support Services Location: Fort Shafter, HI Position Description: Manage the overall performance of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) Strategic Planning Capability and Support Services and contract personnel.
Works with the On-Site Contracting Officer Representative (OSCOR) in support of the management and program level for contract communications.
Minimum Qualifications: The Task Order (TO) Lead must have demonstrated experience with a minimum of ten years of Joint, Headquarters Department Army (HQDA), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), Army Command (ACOM) level in Home-station Training (HsT) and/or Combat Training Center (CTC) Training Operations, Joint/Bi-Lateral and Multinational Exercises, Concept Plan development, and Organizational Analysis.
Analyze, organize, and present knowledge from large data sources using Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Possess knowledge of US Table Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and be capable of developing a Concept Plan for submission to HQDA.
Have experience with the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) and Pacific scenarios, scenario build, strategic planning, and exercise execution expertise.
Have knowledge of the Operational and Organization (O&O) Plan, Joint National Training Capability (JNTC), and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) Working Group.

Have and sustain a SECRET clearance.
