We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled LPNs/RNs to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Job Description: As an LPN/RN at Oahu Care Facility, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitoring and assessing residents' health status.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications: Current LPN or RN license in the state of Hawaii.
CPR certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Previous experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.
