Job Title: Mission Command Integration Specialist for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC)

Position Description:
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Mission Command Systems and when required is the Simulations Lead (SL) with relevant work experience supervising and conducting Joint/Army Mission Command Systems integration.
Advises and assists all mission command technical support responsible for all actions assigned by the Chief, Models & Simulations Division, JPMRC that support development and integration of Mission (C4I) into Live, Virtual, and Constructive & Gaming (LVC-G) simulation architectures.
Acts as principal advisor on developments of new technologies in decision support and course of action analysis tools, integrated simulations training devices, and C4ISR digital systems.
Conducts research and identifies developments in digital Mission Command.
Briefs senior leadership on the use of Mission Command and updates in Mission Command technology.
Maintain and troubleshoot all MNCS systems.
Support the Observer and Coach/Trainer teams.
Stay current on all MCS and C4I systems, software, and hardware upgrades as furnished by the Government for the MCS and C4I systems.
Coordinate with the applicable system PM to receive software upgrades, IAVAs, and security patches.
As new MCS and C4I training is required, it will be executed on a separate contract action.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a SME level of knowledge in Mission Command Systems and when required is the Simulations Lead (SL) with relevant work experience supervising and conducting Joint/Army Mission Command Systems integration.
Have and sustain a SECRET clearance.
Must be a US Citizen
