At Hawai'i Pacific Health, the Oncology Service Line combines the varied resources across our major hospitals and clinics to provide multidisciplinary, in-depth and highly skilled health care to cancer patients.
The Oncology Service Line, which includes Cancer Centers and treatment services at Straub, Pali Momi, Kapi‘olani and Wilcox, is dedicated to providing Cancer Care that is comprehensive, coordinated and connected across the continuum of care professionals.
As the Patient Navigator, Lung Screening, you are responsible for initiating the management of service activities for the at-risk population of lung cancer within assigned Hawai‘i Pacific Health medical centers.
You will facilitate multidisciplinary communication and provide expert oversight of patient care plans, including education information to support system wide initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

(R) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) OR Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) OR Current Hawai‘i RN License.
Three (3) years of clinical radiologic experience OR three (3) years Registered Nurse experience in an outpatient setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Epic Radiant Lung Screening Module training.
Epic Radiant Mammography Module training.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in clinical mammography or computed tomography.
