Responsibilities:
Performs client/patient care duties.
Provides support services for clients and routine household tasks.
Complies with agency policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide training program and/or one year recent work experience as a nurse aide/home health aide in a health care environment, and/or current Certified Nurse Aide certification.
Current CPR certification and TB clearance.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent work experience in home care environment.
