Aloha, I have a small clutch of Button quail hatchlings.
There are 5 healthy babies.
Unsexed, you can determine the sex by 6 weeks old,
They start laying eggs by 8-12 weeks old.
They need to be kept indoors with external heat source for at least 5 weeks until they’re hardy enough to live outdoors.
They’re currently being fed with a feed paste and water along with egg food.
At 3 weeks old, you can start giving the chick started feed crumbles.
Please do your research and educate yourself prior to adopting any birds to ensure they don’t suffer under your care.
Asking $8 per chick.
They cost between $16-$25 at any feeds/pet stores.
Must pick up in Waipahu.
