I can cook and / prepare light meals.
I don't scratch up pots/pans, lol.
I don't use your favorite items in kitchen, bathroom or wherever.
I keep clean so no problem there.

Notes, letters of character from prior neighbors, friends, etc.
I'm living in Hilo with a friend.
I get along well with others and respectful of their stuff.
No problems there.
I'm originally from California, a nice lifestyle there and lived in Las Vegas prior to Big Island.
I mention that because of a lot of modern construction is going on there.
I have social security income and can pay some cash, but need work trade if possible.
