*Position Summary:* Imagines, visualizes, and creates copy and content as directed to captivate customers.
Crafts content to inspire the community to fall in love with our brands and shop at our stores and websites.
Assists with creating and maintaining customer journeys through marketing and use of creative voice to promote an influential, fun shopping experience.
Conceptualizes and styles marketing messages based on events for stores.
Ensures the company's marketing message is fresh, relevant, and aspirational.
*Responsibilities:*
Marketing
* Assists with writing and crafting content for marketing.
(e.
g branding, tag lines, scripts, ad or promotional copy, and other digital marketing)
* Proofreads and edits all copy and prices with proper items.
Considers copyright laws, registered trademarks, etc.
* Distributes and schedules digital marketing banners and email marketing creatives.
* Assists with creating and maintaining customer journeys via email marketing, canned responses and other journey building tools.
* Works with vendors on marketing co-op submittals.
* Writes internal employee communication pieces as needed.
* Maintains tear sheet files and sample files of printed collateral pieces.
* Assists with special store events (may require attendance on weekends and/or evenings.

* Maintains POP list with current and upcoming in store signage.
* Assists with creating and scheduling digital creatives for approval.
* Assists with setting up digital touch points for stores and clients to engage with.
* Works with the graphic design team on photos for website and digital marketing creatives.
* Runs daily and monthly reports for Division Manager.
Research client engagements as assigned.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Website
* Monitors, reports, and photographs new arrivals for website activation.
* Works with the graphic design team on photos for website and digital marketing creatives.
* Activates products in a timely manner for various websites.
* Collaborates with Merchandising to audit websites for accurate information on pricing and product information.
Ensures that the content is accurate and can be engaged with appropriately.
* Reviews website product activation and discontinued merchandise for various divisions weekly.
* Gathers all product information to be uploaded to a third party vendor.
Ensures that all product offerings are accurate.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Requirements: *
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in marketing, advertising, or other related field.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to handle deadline pressures.
* Ability to learn and work with various office software and systems.
* Experience with POS systems.
* Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.
* Ability to use good judgment in making decisions which have significant impact on the Company’s credibility, operations, and services.
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Sitting and/or standing for sustained periods of time and moving throughout the office and retail space.
* Must be able to lift and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force at times.
