Retail Salesperson

Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, is a plus - Knowledge of technical sales or electronic devices is beneficial As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to sell a variety of products to customers while providing exceptional service.
