Technical Specialist - Water Heater Replacement

Responsibilities: - Perform technical tasks related to mechanical systems, including pipe threading, HVAC installation, and equipment maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, and repair mechanical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
- Assist with remodeling projects, including demolition, construction, and installation of new equipment.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for equipment installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all tasks.
Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in working with mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in pipe threading, HVAC installation, and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in mechanical work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with remodeling projects is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
