*Responsibilities:*
* Manage submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, billings, change orders, and documentation for projects from award to turnover.
* Attend and participate in OAC meetings.
* Review and maintain CPM schedules.
* Facilitate communication between the field and the architects and owners.
* Manage project budgets.
* Estimate and prepare bid packages.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural, or construction management.
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in commercial construction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive with problem solving and safety issues.
* Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Projects preferred.
* Hawaii resident with valid driver’s license.
