Production Mixer

The Production Mixer mixes and produces dough according to specific recipes.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Operates commercial dough mixer * Checks and verifies incoming raw materials for accuracy and quality * Checks for any foreign object in the mixer or dough * Gathers necessary ingredients for mixing stage (restocking); * Accurately identifies correct recipe mix * Accurately measures ingredients * Follows proper mixing procedures; mixes dry and wet ingredients to make the correct dough * Maintains proper refilling and level of kansui tank and maintains stock of necessary ingredients on mixing stage * Accurately records required data on the mixer log * Restocks flour for next-day operation * Washes and sanitizes all mixing equipment per protocol * Accurately records raw material data daily * Ensures surrounding work area is clean, sanitized and organized * Other duties as assigned *QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS* * Must be able to read different recipes and do simple math calculations * Follows Sun Noodle GMP’s and safe food handling practices * Lift at least 50 pounds * Follows and maintains SUN NOODLE’s Good Manufacturing Practices and good hygiene practices * Other duties as assigned *Equal Opportunity Employer* *Drug-Free Workplace* Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
