Duties Summary Operates TWO (2) or more types of light motorized equipment such as Farmall International or John Deere rubber-wheeled tractors and pick-up trucks as a major work assignment; may perform manual work tasks in connection with general construction and maintenance work; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements: Experience and Training: ONE (1) YEAR of work experience involving the operation of at least TWO of the motorized equipment representative of the class Equipment Operator I (e.
g.
, Farmall tractors and trucks having a factory rated capacity of less than 1-1/2 tons), or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Note: Possession of the required number of years of experience will not in itself be accepted as proof of qualification for a position.
The applicant's overall experience must have been of such scope and level of responsibility as to conclusively demonstrate that he/she has the ability to perform the duties of the position for which he/she is being considered.
Driver's License: Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
