Cookie manufacturing facility looking for someone with *5 + years leadership experience* and *strong mechanical/electrical knowledge*.

*QUALIFICATIONS*
* 5 + years maintenance lead or supervisor experience, preferably in food facility setting
* Strong mechanical and electrical competency.
Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits and PLCs
* Considerable knowledge of project management with strong judgment and decision making abilities
* Able to routinely lift 40lbs anc occasionally lift/maneuver up to 60lbs

* Oversee maintenance of facilities.
Supervises a team of maintenance technicians, guiding effective maintenance, improvements, installations, repairs, and safe operations of equipment/technology
* Supervise employee performance/work qualify, identify areas of opportunity, provide constructive feedback and set expectations
* Develop, monitor, and maintain preventative maintenance program from annual and long-range planning
