Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager Duties: - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents - Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary - Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective practices - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Requirements: - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders - Familiarity with construction contracts and legal requirements - Proficient in using project management software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Valid driver's license *Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
