A reputable National Real Estate Advisory & Construction Management company, is seeking a seasoned service construction management consultant (Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Foreman, Superintendent) who can represent our firm on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities may include: attending monthly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) draw meetings, reviewing and commenting on provided Monthly Draw Requests (and Contractor's Pay Applications), as well as monitoring and reporting on activities pertaining to the monthly draws.
A short narrative including commentary regarding potential risks or concerns identified during the draw meeting and/or observed during the monthly site tour through the duration of the project.
Pictures (12+) will be taken documenting the project's progression and included in the report.
The above scope of work will entail approximately 3 hours monthly, which includes time on-site, report completion, and follow up as necessary.
